Returns and Exchanges Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction.

  • Perishable Goods: Fresh items like milk, vegetables, and fruits must be inspected at the time of delivery. If unsatisfactory, they can be returned immediately to the delivery partner for a full refund or replacement.

  • Non-Perishable Goods: Packaged items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if the seal is intact.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please use the Return Requests section in the app with a photo of the item.
